The Crooks are a historic Italian Punk R'n'R band, based in Milan with many Italian and European tours behind them.The band, active since 1997, has released over the years a single (You make me feel so sick), an EP (The Dog), an EP on 7 '(15 wasted years, White zoo records), various singles on compilations and vinyl split and four albums including two for Tre Accordi Records / Warner (Speed kills, Nothing to lose), one for English UK Division Records (High society r'n'r), and the latest released on Dischi Volo Libero / Self (Atomic Rock). After years of apprenticeship in Italy since 2009 the Crooks have entered the stable of the German Billig People Booking, becoming one of the leading groups and playing throughout Europe regularly with excellent feedback from the public and the press.In their career the Crooks also boast various experiences as support of important bands on the local and international scene such as Gluecifer, The Datsuns, Eddy and the hot rods, Vice Squad, The Queers, Ash, No means No, Libertines, Happy Revolvers, Prima Donna , 999, TV Smith, Jim Jones Revue, Buzzcocks, The Exploited and also, for an incredible combination, Green Day (LINK) who again in 2019 cited them with sympathy on NME.In autumn 2022 the concept album "Mediacracy" released by Maninalto and also distributed in the U.S.A by ProRawk Records, will mark a new milestone to celebrate 25 years of the formation. Always wild, wild and arrogant, the Crooks are today one of the best Italian live bands and among the most respected abroad: with their sound they go straight to the heart of rock and roll !.
